Enable App and settings

After installed our app, from your backend go to Apps and open the SnakeCom Promotion Popup app. The app will redirect you to the Dashboard page.

Click Enable/Disable App to enable or disable the app. See screenshot below

Customize Popup

Popup Template:

  • Choose a Template: Basic Popup, Email Popup and Image popup

  • Fields position: This field is available if popup template above is Email Popup. Store owner can change the fields (Your Name, Your Email, checkbox and submit button) to show on the left, right or bottom of the popup.

Popup Background

Supports solid background color and some sample background image. Of course you can upload your image to set the popup background.

Also, you can adjust the Overlay color for the background image and Field color from Light to Dark with an easy drag bar.

Popup Text

Put your popup name and description for the popup. You should put name and describe related to your marketing promotion, that will drive interaction and increase sales.

You can change text align, font size, text color, line height.

Customize Link

This box is available if the Popup Template is Image popup.

So you can put a link on the background to a landing page, blog, product,...

Popup button

This box is available if the Popup Template is Basic popup.

So you can customize button text, background, color or link for the both buttons.

Countdown Timer

You need to enable to use this feature. See screenshot below.

Expire time: supports 4 types (Fixed time, Visit time, Repeat daily and Repeat weekly)

Countdown style: supports 3 beautiful countdown styles.

Countdown timer translation: Help you to translate Days, Hours, Minutes, Seconds to your language.

Time zone: Use website timezone or User customer timezone.

Email Capture Fields

You need to enable to use this feature. See screenshot below.

Allow customizing the form: Form title, Name field, Email Field, Privacy, Terms condition checkbox, Submit button.

And thank you message after submit the form or redirect the subscriber to a Thank you page.

Coupon Code

Last, you can setup a coupon code.

Subscribers will receive a coupon code after submit/subscribe.

Customize Tab

Supports 2 types: Tab text and Tab image.

It is easy to setup. See screenshots below.

Tab text

  • Tab text: Text, icon, background, color.

  • Tab placement: Position of tab (Left, Right or Bottom).

  • Tab slider: Adjust the coordinates position of tab from top/bottom or left/right.

  • Tab style: Bordered, Gradient or Flat.

  • Text size: Size of tab.

Tab image

  • Allow to select a sample icon/image from many samples. Or upload a your custom image.

  • Image size.

  • Tab placement: Position of tab (Left, Right or Bottom)

  • Tab slider: Adjust the coordinates position of tab from top/bottom or left/right.

Email Notification

Use this feature if you use the Popup Template is Email Popup.

Store owner will receive an email notification if have new subscriber.

Auto Response: Subscriber will receive an auto email confirmation.

Manage Subscribers

From your backend go to Apps and open the SnakeCom Promotion Popup app. Then click on the Subscribers from the left menu. See screenshot below.
